On January 22nd, our company held a three-day workshop. The object of this study was the sales team. With curiosity and enthusiasm, everyone walked into the production workshop, hoping to gain a deeper understanding of the company’s product knowledge and production processes through personal experience and learning. In the workshop, members of the sales team were able to observe the entire production process of plant extract products up close. They visited the collection and processing of raw materials and witnessed first-hand the extraction and concentration methods of plant extracts, as well as production links such as mixing, filtering and filling of products.
Under the patient explanation of the production workers, they learned how to keep the products pure and efficient, and how to ensure hygiene and safety standards in the production process. Through this visit and study, members of the sales team deepened their understanding of the company’s product knowledge and deepened their understanding of the production process of plant extract health products.
Sales manager Irene said: “By personally experiencing and understanding the production process of the product, I have more confidence in our products and a clearer understanding of the features and advantages of the products.
